MATTHEW DIFABIO

Communicator & Audio Visual Technologies Professional

An opportunity to learn more about me:

Born and raised in a quaint New Jersey town who found his way to beautiful Pennsylvania, I grew up as the son of an electrician and an educator. This blend of influences instilled in me a deep passion for exploring new technologies, a love for learning, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with friends, colleagues, and clients alike. I find immense joy in empowering people to advance their creative projects, technical process, and tell their stories.

My personal creative philosophy is all about embracing the potential of an open mind. I love working with organizations to learn hand-in-hand with them, assess what works and where to improve, and explore technologies that serve for the greater good. I see every challenge as a canvas for innovation, believing that there are always multiple perspectives to consider and new paths to explore. This approach has not only fueled my own creativity but has also shaped how I collaborate. This philosophy isn't just how I work—it's how I live, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in both my personal and professional life.

An important element in life is finding balance, and for me, that balance comes from nurturing relationships, embracing everyday joys, and connecting with the natural world. I'm an avid enthusiast of the outdoors, often found hiking, biking, or kayaking. These activities not only refresh my spirit but also inspire my work and daily interactions.

Family is at the center of my world. I cherish the time spent with my wife, our dog, and our cat, whether we're on an adventure in the great outdoors or enjoying a quiet evening at home.

Thanks for stopping by! I look forward to connecting and learning more about how we can work together to bring your creative and practical visions to life.
